In these cases it may be necessary to contact the third party developer directly using the email address that should have been provided with the documentation for that game.

General information on downloading

Before downloading, ensure that your system meets the recommended minimum specification outlined on the page for each game. These should be viewed as a guideline, as it's also possible that the game may run perfectly fine on your particular system. In these cases please try any available demo or trial version before making a purchase.

Note that the specification listed is a minimum, so if you have more memory or a later version of operating system, then you will be fine. An important note is that the memory listed is available system memory and not the total system memory your system has.

Some games may have more than one download available. All downloads will have an icon indicating the system that the download is for, as well as a description of the type of download itself. Some games offer the choice of an installer or a compressed archive of some kind. Novice users should always use the installer version where available.
